A personal approach to Seacoast real estate.
I know what it feels like to arrive on the Seacoast and realize it is more than a beautiful place to live.
I came here after chapters in Traverse City, Vail, and New York City, and like so many people who find their way to this corner of New Hampshire, I fell in love with the pace, the coastline, the neighborhoods, the seasons, and the sense of community. What started as a move became a life.
When someone is buying here, I know they are imagining more than rooms and square footage. They are thinking about morning walks, school drop-offs, favorite restaurants, beach days, quiet streets, and the everyday rhythm of a life that feels right.
When someone is selling, I understand they may be letting go of a home filled with years of memories. That deserves care, preparation, and clear guidance.
Before real estate, I built a career rooted in service, communication, and trust. Hospitality taught me to listen closely and anticipate needs. My investment background and Series 7 and 63 licenses gave me a foundation in financial decision-making, preparation, negotiation, and protecting a client’s best interests.
Today, I bring that together for my clients: local insight, financial perspective, steady communication, and a deep love for the place I am fortunate to call home.
